1. Use of this site

You may use this site to learn about our programs, make donations, register for events, apply to volunteer, and access publications. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.

2. Donations

Donations made through this site are processed by our payment partner, Paystack. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion in cases of processing error. See our Ways to Give page for alternative giving options.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and publications — is the property of CivicAID Network or its licensors, unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission except for non-commercial, attributed use consistent with our mission of public legal education.

4. User-submitted content

Where the site allows comments or submissions (e.g. blog comments), you retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display it. We moderate all submitted content and may remove anything that violates these terms or applicable law.

5. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (partner organizations, funders, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

6. Limitation of liability

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, CivicAID Network is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site.
